Leicester City Canine Society Open Show 2014 Critique

Bank Holiday shows can be variable on entries, on this occasion Leicester City was hit with some low class numbers.  It was therefore unfortunate to have just a single hound to judge on what has, in previous years, been a busy show.  However, I was nonetheless delighted with the opportunity to judge this lovely young bitch showing much promise now she is maturing.

Open (2,1)
1. Grimshaw’s - Lodhainn Bennbeheula to Jamalison
An elegant hound in excellent coat.  Beautiful feminine head with dark eye, neat ears and typical expression.  Good depth of chest, rear angulation and width.  Well muscled and clearly fit ensuring positive drive, despite the less than ideal indoor flooring.  BOB
